Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services or making a reservation at Lou Cantou Bistro.
By accessing and using the Lou Cantou Bistro website, making a reservation, or dining at our establishment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or visit our restaurant.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend making reservations in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. While we strive to accommodate all reservation requests, table availability is subject to change and not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff.
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for parties of 1-4 guests and 48 hours' notice for parties of 5 or more. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, particularly during peak dining periods.
Important: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we reserve the right to give away your table. Terrace tables cannot be reserved and are allocated upon arrival at the restaurant, subject to availability.
For special events, private dining, or parties larger than 8 people, different reservation and cancellation policies may apply. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
While we make every effort to honor specific seating requests, table assignments are made at the discretion of the restaurant management based on availability and operational requirements. The duration of your dining experience may be limited during peak hours to accommodate other reservations.
Our menu, including prices, is subject to change without notice based on seasonal availability, market conditions, and chef's discretion. We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when possible, but cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to shared kitchen spaces.
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under the legal drinking age. Valid identification may be required for alcohol purchases.
We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Contactless payments, Ticket Restaurant, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Cash, and Carte Bleue. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill for parties of a certain size or during special events. Additional gratuities are always at the discretion of our guests and greatly appreciated by our staff.
Any disputes regarding your bill must be raised before payment is made. Once payment is processed, refunds are issued at the discretion of management and only in exceptional circumstances.
